Director's Message

"Dreams if fueled with passion can never ever cease to become a reality." Such a dream was dreamt by the man behind ADCPL, Mr. Anil Das who was not just passionate but is a true example of dedication, hard work, motivation and most of all positivism. With just 14,400 rupees a man in the year 1988 set out of his home turf Mirza to achieve a dream he dared to see. He struggled each day but never gave up, he toiled with fate and made it change, he set a goal not to be wiped but to achieved and yes, he strived. From just a man with peanuts in his pocket, today this man is a business force to be reckoned with, holding strong an empire of not just money but of love, goodwill and trust. The never give up attitude of Mr. Das comes from his athletic background, as he was a National Athletic Player of Long Jump and Triple Jump. The love for sports is still strong for the business tycoon as he is now associated with Shooting and is the VP Finance for the Shooting Assam Rifle and Shooting Association. The learning spirit of Mr. Das is another great personality trait showcased which helps him stay in tune with the times and grasp every new turn that every changing world takes. A passionately social person, the man is focus, invests in human bonds rather that economic benefits. He is always trying to help people strife in life and is always ready to dedicate his time and other possessions to help build a human force who believes in hard work and humanity. "I am a really simple person who believes that nothing is impossible in life. I have had my share of failures, but I had never given up as I always believe that people are born with a purpose. Some fail to achieve the purpose but some try hard till the end to make the purpose a success and I am one among the latter. Punctuality, Patience and Perseverance are the three P’s in my life that have helped me in who I am and these are the things I try to pass down to people. Success I believe can never be statutory, you always need to strive for something better and that's when success will be your friend. As for ADCPL, it is not a company but a family of dedicated and hardworking people who believe in their expertise and stride towards excellence. The company has been expanding and trying its hands in new avenues and so as Tourism is the need of the day with the entire Tourism Policy and boost, ADCPL is extremely proud to announce its maiden 5-star hotel project which is in the planning stage".
